Frequently Asked Questions
Which page sizes can I convert to?
A4, Letter, Legal, A5, A3, square, or any custom size from 72 to 14400 points per side (1 point = 1/72 inch, so A4 is 595 × 842 pt). Auto orientation keeps landscape pages landscape after resizing.
Does resizing blur or rasterize my pages?
No. Each page is embedded as a vector object and redrawn at the new size, so text and line art stay sharp at any zoom. Note that links and form fields on resized pages are not carried over; pages outside the selected range are copied untouched.
What is the difference between fit, fill, and stretch?
Fit scales content to sit fully inside the new page, centered, keeping proportions (may add margins). Fill covers the whole page, keeping proportions but cropping overflow. Stretch matches the page exactly and may distort proportions.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. Resize PDF Pages runs entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. For supported workflows, file contents are not uploaded for processing; site analytics and the assistant are separate.
