What happens to the audio?
Compatible AAC audio can be kept and timestamp-retimed in MP4 output. Other codecs, containers, or browser encoder paths can omit audio, so check the exported file for your input.
Does slow motion interpolate new frames?
No new motion frames are synthesized. The export re-times available source frames, so apparent smoothness depends on the source frame rate, chosen speed, browser encoder, and playback device.

Can I make a timelapse?
Yes: pick 2×–8× to shorten the output duration by re-timing available source frames. Apparent smoothness and audio support depend on the input and browser path.
Does changing speed change the resolution?
When no resize or crop operation is added, the tool targets the source display dimensions, rounded as required by the encoder. Check the exported file metadata for your input.
How to verify a Change Video Speed export

- Compare the exported clip with the untouched source at the same viewing scale and, when useful, matched playback volume. Look for unexpected crops, padding, stretch, softness, banding, halos, color shifts, temporal jumps, repeated or missing frames, and changes in file size or codec that matter to the destination. Decide whether any difference is acceptable for the stated task.
- If the result is missing, fails to play, or differs from the preview, first confirm that the source opens independently. Reload the page, retry with a small controlled sample, reset optional controls, and preserve the exact on-page message.
