How does automatic detection work?
Independent detector agents look for each verified shape, colour order and corner geometry, then a consensus step prevents overlapping detectors from firing twice. Semi-transparent marks use reverse alpha; opaque marks use a lightweight MI-GAN inpaint model.
Should I only remove watermarks from my own images?
Yes. Only process images you created, own, licensed, or have explicit permission to edit. Removing attribution, stock-preview or service watermarks may violate licence terms or other people’s rights; obtain the authorised watermark-free source instead.
